The judges were impressed with this natural
language customer support agent. Particularly strong is
the ability for companies to add an avatar character to
their sites without needing advanced programming
knowledge.

Dreamweaver UltraDev 4 Booth: 1346
This
is really the second major release of UltraDev, which
adds Web application server scripting and database
application programming capabilities to Dreamweaver,
Macromedia's popular visual design environment.
Macromedia provided some great user references who we
were able to contact prior to the show, and they backed
up the company's claims of major improvements in this
version. "A Web site that normally would have taken
weeks to do, I was able to do in 8 hours," one user
said. The judges were also impressed by the overall
richness of the Dreamweaver environment and the ease
with which designers and developers can switch between
code editing and visual site building.
