6.2 Additional Charges/Merchant Information

In the View Shopping Cart dialog box (Fig 6.1.3), your customer will see the sub-total and total amounts of the order. If the sub-total and total amounts are different, it is because you have specified some additional charges in your shopping cart setup. Your customer can click on the Additional Charges button to see what these charges are (Fig 6.2.1).

The customer can also view the merchant information by clicking on the Merchant Info button (Fig 6.2.2). The customer can then use the Fax Number of the merchant if he chooses to print and fax the order form.
